How does the 3-day trial work?
Enter your card at signup — you won't be charged until day 3. Your chosen plan activates immediately, giving you full access to the pipeline. We'll send you a reminder email 24 hours before your first charge. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay a thing.
Will I be charged immediately?
No. Your card is collected at signup to activate the trial, but the first charge only happens on day 3 when the trial period ends. You'll see a $0 authorization hold that disappears automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't cancel, your subscription automatically converts to the plan you selected. If you cancel before day 3, your account moves to read-only mode — your projects and drafts stay safe, but AI features and new agent runs are paused until you subscribe.
Can I switch between Pro and Scale?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. Upgrading to Scale takes effect immediately. Downgrading to Pro applies at the next billing cycle — deep-research runs in progress complete, but new deep runs are gated after the switch.
